1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing safvr.com or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using SAFVR on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of Service
SAFVR is a Safety Intelligence Platform that connects to existing CCTV infrastructure to surface hazards, route corrective actions, and consolidate incident learning. The platform is designed to support — not replace — qualified safety personnel and existing safety management systems.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and access tokens
- You will notify us promptly of any unauthorised access
- You will not share accounts beyond the licensed user count
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform in violation of applicable safety, privacy, or labour laws
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying models
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the platform to third parties without written consent
- Submit content you do not have lawful rights to process
- Probe, attack, or attempt to disrupt platform availability
5. Intellectual Property
SAFVR retains all rights to the platform, models, documentation, and brand assets. Customers retain ownership of their operational data and footage. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the engagement.
6. Pilot Terms
Pilots run for a defined window (typically 30 days) on a defined site or set of cameras. Pilots are scoped, time-bound evaluations — they do not constitute a commitment to continued use, and SAFVR makes no commitment to specific incident-rate outcomes during a pilot. Findings are documented in a written pilot report at the end of the window.
7. Limitation of Liability
SAFVR is designed to support — not replace — your safety program. The platform provides detections, alerts, and analytics that can help safety teams act faster. SAFVR does not guarantee zero incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFVR's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. SAFVR is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify SAFVR against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms. SAFVR will defend you against claims that the platform infringes third-party intellectual property, subject to standard MSA conditions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for 30 days after written notice. Pilots end at the agreed date unless extended in writing. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable export window for customer data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Singapore unless agreed otherwise in a signed MSA.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated to the primary contact on file.
