SAFVR
PHASE 02 / ACT

Every detection becomes
a closed action.

Most platforms stop at the alert. AURA executes the response. Agentic safety workflows route incident reports, assign corrective actions, escalate stalled steps, and verify close-out — across every shift, every site, every applicable procedure.

01A / DEFINITION

How does safety compliance automation work?

Safety compliance automation turns a detected risk into an assigned, time-bound workflow. SAFVR captures event evidence, identifies the responsible owner, routes the correct checklist or permit process, tracks close-out, and stores the audit trail. For OSHA and other requirements, pages should say “designed to support” compliance workflows unless certification is verified.

02 / THE GAP

Manual EHS workflows leak. Agentic AURA closes them.

What manual EHS workflows miss
  • Alerts pile in a dashboard with no assigned owner or deadline.
  • Corrective actions live in spreadsheets that nobody re-opens.
  • Permits and JSAs get approved over WhatsApp, then lost.
  • Audit evidence sits in fourteen folders across three drives.
  • The same incident repeats three weeks later — quietly.
What agentic AURA closes
  • Every event arrives with an owner, deadline, and channel attached.
  • SLA-bound corrective actions escalate automatically when stalled.
  • Permits and JSAs flow through a single approval ladder with audit trail.
  • Evidence — clip, timestamp, signature, verification — auto-attaches to the record.
  • Repeat-incident signal flows back to IMPROVE before the next shift.
03 / CAPABILITIES

Six capabilities that turn detection into closure.

Auto-routing

Every detection lands with the right owner — supervisor, EHS lead, or permit holder — based on zone, shift, and severity.

Escalation ladder

SLA-bound deadlines escalate automatically when a step stalls. No dropped tickets, no buried emails.

Verification close-out

Actions don't close until verified — photo evidence, sign-off, or a follow-up detection clearing the zone.

Audit trail

Every event, owner, deadline, and approval is logged with timestamp and clip — designed to support audit-ready records.

EHS sync

Bi-directional sync with the EHS systems you already run. Workflows live where your team works.

Multi-channel comms

Slack, Teams, SMS, and email — alerts and approvals reach owners on the channel they actually answer.

04 / WORKFLOW TREE

One detection. Three branches. Two terminal states.

The animated overlay shows AURA’s workflow router in motion: a detection event fans out to Notify supervisor, Log incident, and Escalate — each converging into a verified Acknowledged or Closed state. The highlighted edge cycles through stages so you can read the live path of any single event.

05 / FAQ

Common questions about safety compliance automation.

What is safety compliance automation?
Safety compliance automation turns a detected risk into an assigned, time-bound workflow. SAFVR captures event evidence, identifies the responsible owner, routes the correct checklist or permit process, tracks close-out, and stores the audit trail — designed to support OSHA, ISO 45001, and customer-specific procedures.
Does AURA replace our existing EHS system?
No. AURA bi-directionally syncs with the EHS systems you already run — detections, workflows, and audit evidence flow back into your system of record so safety teams keep working where they work today.
How fast does an alert reach the responsible owner?
Detections are routed in seconds. Owner, channel (Slack, Teams, SMS, email), and SLA deadline are derived from the zone, shift, and severity of the event. Stalled steps escalate automatically up the ladder.
Can AURA help with OSHA compliance?
AURA is designed to support OSHA and ISO 45001 procedures by automating evidence capture, ownership, and close-out. It does not certify compliance; pages and reports use "designed to support" language unless specific certifications are independently verified for your deployment.
Can workflows be customized per site or shift?
Yes. Routing rules, escalation ladders, SLA deadlines, and notification channels are configured per site, zone, and shift. A night-shift confined-space event can follow a different approval chain and escalation path than the same event during a day shift — all within the same platform instance.
What happens when a corrective action is not closed on time?
When a step misses its SLA deadline, AURA automatically escalates to the next owner in the ladder and logs the overdue status with timestamp and context. Escalation continues up the chain until the action is verified closed or manually overridden by an authorized safety lead.
